Live Streaming Guide
This is a guide for our live streaming viewers. These instructions include the comment rules and steps that will guide you to the general troubleshooting if something happens wrong before or during the live stream. If your problem is beyond the scope of this guide, feel free to chat or contact us through the live chatbox on the bottom right of this page. You need to register first to chat with our support team.
General Troubleshooting
- If live-streaming won’t work, refresh your page by pressing f5 or to your browser’s preferences.
- Please keep in mind before you pass any comments on any post. Vulgar, Abusive, and Racist Comments will not be tolerated and the user will be banned permanently from the page.
- Personal attacks on other members are not allowed.
- Do not use the comments to post the link of your page for promotion purpose.
- Stay with the topic and do a constructive discussion. Bring your point of view in a positive manner.
